Focused, approachable, and driven by results, the 1st Vice President supports the President and manages club reporting, including volunteer hours, donations, and Federation requirements with clarity and care.

2nd Vice Presidents / Membership Co-Chairs

The 2nd Vice President serves as Membership Chair, oversees member recruitment and onboarding, manages club rosters, and coordinates membership records and communications. Warm, welcoming and approachable, the Membership Chair makes every member and potential member feel welcomed.

3rd Vice Presidents / Fundraising and Programs Co-Chairs

The 3rd Vice President leads fundraising efforts that support the club’s annual budget and coordinates engaging, inspiring monthly programs and events. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, the 3rd Vice President works with a dedicated team and creates partnerships within the community.

Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary

The Recording Secretary maintains official records of club and Board meetings, prepares and distributes approved meeting minutes, and preserves important club documents and reports. The Corresponding Secretary manages the club’s official communications and correspondence.

Treasurer and Financial Secretary

The Treasurer oversees the club’s financial records, collects dues, manages receipts and disbursements, and prepares financial reports as needed. The Financial Secretary assists the Treasurer with financial operations, including collecting meeting payments and supporting assigned financial duties.

The Parliamentarian provides guidance on parliamentary procedure for the Board, General Meetings, and Nominating Committee, and serves as Chair of the Bylaws Committee.
